I withdrew $1000 to my UAE bank account via Binance 3 weeks ago but the transaction didnt go through. My bank told me this is because I needed to enter my IBAN not account number (Binance asked me to put my account number when withdrawing.)
I've exchanged hundreds of messages with Binance's useless support and they keep claiming my bank hasn't spoken to them, but my bank has told me they have tried to return the funds but Binance hasn't been replying to them.
What action can I take against Binance for trying to scam me?
