Please tell me what I should do about frozen account.

According to ongoing litigation proceeding in US. My binance's account has been frozen for 2 months. There were 25,000 usdt stuck in my wallet. I'm trying to contact Binance customer services but they only answer me that "If you want to challenge this freeze, contact the plaintiff's counsel. Moreover, they could not even help me to contact this counsel. I'm current live in Thailand. Then, I asked my aunt to call this counsel but they said they could not tell me any information due to confidential. It seem like no one does not want to responsibility for my account. I'm facing a lots of problems but both of them still cannot give any clear information to me why my account has been frozen. I just need to declare that I do not relate to this fraud.

Please give me some suggestion what I should do next? And can I sue Binance or this plaintiff that makes me face lots of bad things? Those are all of the money in my life.
