Binance Bridge (operated by Binance.org) issues

Not sure where to go since all of my tickets to Binance Bridge support have been ignored after providing relevant details and there seems to be no other avenue to contact support. Mods, please direct me in the right direction if this is not relevant.

I used Binance Bridge to bridge XRP from XRP network to BSC network on the 23rd of September. Transaction on XRP was successful to address provided by Binance Bridge but the transaction was eventually marked as cancelled despite the transaction being confirmed and the correct amount being sent. Contacted support for the first time and they said that the funds will be returned within 3 days to the original source (my XRP wallet). Waited till 27th of September and the XRP has not been returned to my wallet. Raised another ticket to request for the refund but after providing the relevant details support ghosted me and has not replied for over 24 hours - ticket is still open and totally no response whatsoever.

This is not my first time experiencing a cancelled transaction - had a BTT bridge transaction get cancelled 1 month ago. However, after raising a ticket, the funds got pushed through to the BSC chain within 12 hours of me raising the ticket. Although the XRP amount that I am bridging is quite small (100 XRP), and I have bridged larger amounts in the past without issue, I am wondering if this is just a coin-specific issue or the whole Binance Bridge is down.

If mods here are unable to help me with this, please at least guide me to the right platform for support. thank you.
