Is my money gone? This is what I received from Coinbase support

Keep in mind that transactions on the BSC require BNB to pay transaction fees similar to how ETH is required on the Ethereum blockchain.
Additionally, Coinbase.com does not support the Binance Smart Chain and BNB token at this time so please do not send funds to Coinbase.com via an unsupported network as this may result in lost and irrecoverable funds.
Our best recommendation would be to import your wallet using the recovery phrase to a trusted private wallet provider that supports this network and coin to retrieve these funds.
If anyone has any idea how to recover these lost funds you would be saving my a$$ big time!!!
