The Chinese Government is going to launch Balloon coin soon in direct response to the US popping it's balloon

leaked memo to the Chinese Embassy in the US describes a new coin they will be launching. Balloon coin will be launched soon and will be backed by the CCP it is a scam designed to cover the cost of losing the balloon.

This coin is being targeted at US retail investors as retaliation for them popping the big ass balloon yesterday, it will mostly be advertised in the US but can scam people around the world so be careful.

Translation: (my Chinese is a bit rusty but it should be pretty close)

Balloon coin will lure in buyers at the bottom and build Fomo for retail investors to add all of their money. The CCP will then add more money to make the charts go crazy high at least doubling the total value at the current time after a few months of letting in climb on it's a own a bit higher the CCP will rug everybody this is called when the balloon pops.

I read the documentation and found a chart that explains how it's basically how it's goin to work.
