Why have Jarrod Patten and Michael Saylor both sold a lot of shares of Microstrategy?

My friend told me recently that Jarrod Patten and Michael Saylor both sold a lot of shares of Microstrategy Inc. I’d like to preface this by saying I’m not anti Bitcoin like my friend who told me all this, I’m just hear to learn and try and get an answer that isn’t “because Bitcoin is going to crash” like my friend keeps saying.

But it is worth asking why two people who hold a lot of shares in a company whose sole purpose is to buy and sell Bitcoin would sell a lot of their shares right now.

So can anyone provide me with a good explanation on this so I can fully understand the topic at hand? Thanks.
